Kelly Hogan, MS, RD, CDN is a New York City-based registered dietitian. Kelly worked clinically as a breast cancer dietitian at large New York City hospital for several years. It was through this position where she developed her unique expertise in nutrition for those living with breast cancer. Kelly takes a weight inclusive, non-diet approach to her counseling, and focuses on healthy, sustainable behavior changes that are meaningful to the individual client. Her holistic nutrition care plans may also include body image work, healing challenging relationships to food, improving sleep and stress through self care (and referring to wonderful therapists in her network!). She sees clients in all stages of breast cancer, from those recently diagnosed, those undergoing chemotherapy and radiation, on estrogen lowering medications and beyond. Kelly takes a
Kelly received her undergraduate degree in journalism from Northeastern University and her nutrition education, training and Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Kelly also completed her one-year intensive dietetic internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City prior to starting her career as a registered dietitian.
When she’s not talking or reading all things nutrition, you can find Kelly running in Central Park, cooking up a new recipe or spending time with her husband and their perfect angel of a rescue dog, Peanut.
